I lodged an insurance claim with standard bank on 29 November 2013. After 2 months of trying to get a response from standard bank they finally appointed a panelbeater. But when I phoned the panelbeater to book my car in I was told the panelbeater is fully booked until the end of January 2014. Why would standard bank insurance send me to a panelbeater that is not available? Are you really this incompetent?
Please can a senior manager in the insurance department contact me and provide me with a solution ASAP?
