Riscor Underwriting Manager
Bad service - No response!

In March 2013 my car was parked in the parking lot at Lifestyle Centre, Randpark Ridge Johannesburg. Mrs Paula Solomon lost control of her car and damaged my bumper as well as the side of the car. I notices she was on crutches, driving a manual car! She promised that the car would be repaired by her insurance company and this will be handles by Riscor. There is where the real problem started. Mr Jan Schoeman send e-mails, several, I have a full word document containing all the e-mails, most of them no response from Chantal Jooste. My car is a few months old and I have to drive around with damaged to my car due to no service delivery from Riscor.
