With Momentum I opened a gym contract with Virgin Active. When i got to gym they said my contract has been cancelled by momentum. When I phoned Momentum they said that they have confirmation that my employment has been terminated. This information is false as I am still employeed at my current employer.
The call centre said that it was an error on their side but why is my Virgin active contract still cancelled.
They confirmed my Momentum membership has been re-activated. Why the was i not contacted personally? This is unacceptable.
