I am yet to experience incompetence of this nature. On the 27th of this Month a transaction was processed of my credit card without my knowledge. I was told I needed to get an affidavit drawn up. When I visited the branch in centurion I was told I needed to affidavit to get a new card. Ok that's fine. I got the affidavit put together and go Alberton today where I am told I can't get a new card until the investigation is complete. Is it my fault that a transaction was put through my account? How is it possible that in order to get a new card an investigation must be completed and I need my bank statements. Why do I need my bank statements for a replacement card? It's a card, I'm not asking for a replacement account. Then I spoke to your contact Centre again and the person who I spoke to told me sorry but the branches don't know the processes and as it seems only a few people at the contact Centre do also. Why is the service so bad, why should I be given such a run around, and on top of it. I still didn't receive the settlement for the credit card. I got the loan settlement twice. I can't believe you treat your customers so badly.
