Faulty ATM

Yesterday I tried to withdraw money from the ATM. The machine gave me back my card and deducted the money from my account but didnt give me the money or the slip. I then called the call centre to report the faulty ATM and get the transaction reversed. The lady told me to go into the bank. I explained to her that I couldnt I work full days and am very busy I cant go into the bank. She said its fine and somebody will call me within 24 hours. Nobody phoned so I had to phone again. I told the whole story again to another call centre agent and she also said I had to go in (last time I went in to Woodlands branch I waited for a long time to be helped and I am not going in to sit and wait to tell the people inside the bank what I already told someone over the phone) Besides its not my fault the ATM isnt working. If this is not sorted out and the transaction is reversed I wil move all my accounts.
