Good day,
On the 28th of February 2013 I transfered money into an account that is no longer active. After realising this error I rushed to the branch (Commisioner street) to rectify. I was told that I needed to send a request for reversal to [Email Removed] I did almost immediately, but there was no response.
Upon realising the non response part of Absa I then sent another email on Saturday the 2nd of March 2013.To my surprise up until this very day, no one has contacted me about my querry.
This is truly disappointing from a brand like Absa.
Kindly follow up on this as a matter of urgency.
