Transaction on my debit card

On Monday 11 Feb I got an sms from FNB for a transaction that went off my Gold Debit Card. I immediately went tot the bank and reported it as I did not sign for that transaction and the card was in my purse. The consultant filled in all the necessary forms and faxed and mailed it to the department while I was sitting at her desk. The money was only reserved so she stated that It won't go through after we filled in the relevant forms. Wednesday I went back to the bank as I did not have a reference nr or anything. I had to phone the bank several times and just got fed up. The poor consultant phoned the call centre and was holding on for longer than 45 minutes when I decided that I had enough. Eventually when he got hold of somebody they told him that they never received the forms. He took out all the forms and the evidence was there that he submitted it. Yesterday I got a phone call stating that the money went through and that I must wait before they will get back to me as they are dealing with several other cases. I clearly understand that, but now that the money actually went through I am struggling my off to get the money back.
