NO SERVICE!!

I applied for a loan to buy my bakkie, I got the loan but wanted the premiums to go off at the end of each month because I get paid at the end of the month not the 25th as they deducted the premiums. I made a plan and paid each month but. One month it was difficult and I phone for a change of debit order dates on numerous occasions in different months. On the 23rd of February 2013 I was in the Capitec Branch Delmas waiting for 2hours to try and change it again but still no response. I went to the Nigel branch on the 7th to try and change it again because they deducted double premiums. Now that we need and want a multiloan on our card it was declined because of capitec's incompetency because I am in areas with one premium because they would not change the debit order dates. And the Delmas branch do not have any customer service what so ever that just show you away.
