WRONG DEBIT DATE

I took a loan with capitec and agreed that they will deduct the money from my fnb account on the 25 of every month as I am paid on 25, and that has never happened. From the 1st instalment, they keep debiting on the 24th which is rejected as I don't have money in the account and I have to pay for the rejected debit order. I have been to the branch 3 times, once at the vanderbijlpark branch and twice at the Boulders branch even called their customer care, I am still faced with the same problem. I had to request for a 3 months bank statement on all 3 occasions which does not come free and it shows that the debit is unsuccessful on the 24 but they don't care, all they tell me is that they can't change it. I want them to deduct on 25 of every month not by taking dates from my bank statement. Even got an email from HR to say that I get paid on the 25 but no, they can't help me. If they can't change the debit date, then who can??? And are they gonna pay for all these charges???
