WRONG DEBIT ORDER DATES

I took a loan with capitec bank last year 2012 by applying through telephone. We agreed that capitec will deduct the money from my fnb account on the 25 of every month as I am paid on 25.I was suprised when capitec debited on my capitec savings account before 25.I then consulted caroline branch, I was told to come with fnb 3 months bank statement and I did so. The consulted told me that I was not paid during the weekend and not on public holiday or friday but is not the case sometimes I am paid on friday or weekend. When I checked my fnb statement there are rejected debit order of every month and as far as I know the bank is going to charge me for rejected debit order. I went to the branch twice with the same problem and I am not getting any help and after deducting from capitec account the following day they will come back and deduct from fnb account which is not fair for me to be deducted twice per month. I decided to contact capitec customer helpline (ref:8610381) i was told the same thing. Capitec is deducting earlier before am getting my pay. I want them to deduct on 25 of every month not by taking dates from my bank statement. So far this year I made 3 bank statements and I am charged
