Irshaad assisted me when enquired about policy on 13 February 2013. He was very professional and really went out of his way to provide the best possible service - he provided the platform to enable me to voice my concerns and it was really comfortable talking to Irshaad. My monthly premium was supposed to be increased from R896 to about R1030 but after consultation with and review by Irshaad, the new premium was reduced to about R720 per month.
It was really a pleasant experience engaging with Irshaad with just as pleasant results at the end of the day...
