Un able to change debit date for my loan

I have a loan with Capitec bank which I pay every month.when I applied for the loan I told them I only get paid on the 25th of each month and Capitec always took the money on the 24th and as a result sometimes the payments will decline and on the 25th when get paid the money would go through. Its my duty to pay for my loan and I have no problem wit that at all and I have never skipped any payment. now I have changed jobs and my money only reflects in my account on the 26th or 27th of each month. I have called Capitec to try change my debit date and I was told I need to go to the branch with my bank statement so they can change my debit date. for me this is an inconvenience because I bank with another bank and this simply means I have to go to my bank and get a statement and then Go to Capitec so they can change my debit date. I have a policies and other investments with other companies and these businesses never had an issue when I was changing my debit date. everything was done through phone and I didn't even have to go to their branches. Don't get me wrong I borrowed the money and I am paying it and I know its my duty to do so its just costing me more if the payments decline
