WRONG DEBIT DATE AGAIN!!!

I have had issues with Capitec Bank debiting my account on the wrong dates since taking up a long term load in 2012. Capitec would debit by account even 3 days before my salary gets paid in, although my contract states otherwise. I have sent numerous emails concerning this and every time I get a response that it will not affect my credit record if the "EDO Unsuccessful" from Capitec appears on my bank statement. This have caused my bank to refuse me a homeloan!!

My pay date has since changed to the 31st. I have tried to change this over the phone, and even went into the Boksburg branch to change it. Still Capitec tries to take the debit order earlier, which results in the debit order being sent back.

I haven't made funds available in my account due to this very reason for the past 2 months. This will keep happening, as I have switched banks due to Capitec's incompetence.

Do what you want, blacklist me or whatever. I will only pay my loan again once I receive a written confirmation that my debit date have changed to my pay date, the 31st.

Do not phone me. I will only communicate with Capitec via email from now on, and once I am happy with your responses I will pay my loan again.
