Change debit order date

Applied for a loan in August I took my bank statements yo the branch in northgate, salary pay date at my company is last day of the month and if that falls on a Saturday or Sunday. Capitec set my date for the 27th which is wrong so August I had unpaid debits on my account with my bank September I went to morning glen branch handed in my statements again they said they would submit it and this never happened so September I had unpaid debits again on my account. I went to the branch this morning and the lady said to me that the refused to change my debit order date because the dates they have for the system for my company is not last day of month but they don, t take into account is that my company is very big and we have different pay dates. So they will trying to take the money on the 27th each month. This is crazy all I want to do is change my debit order date, now who pays for those unpaid debits my bank keeps charging me, which leaves a negative record on my account with my bank. Capitec needs to urgently sort this out and I need a letter to send to my bank so I don't have a negative record. up till the month I got the loan I used to bank with capitec so they have my salary date
