ALL I AM ASKING IS TO CHANGE MY DEBIT ORDER DATE WITH ONE DAY!!!
After several phone calls to the branch as well as the customer care service, I am very disappointed in getting no positive feedback. Emails are only answered in a day of two's time. At customer service every consultant has another story. At the branch I only get as far as the floorlady in front of the bank.
I get paid on the last day of the month (this month at 21h42) but the debit order was already deducted at 06h48 the morning.
The previous month it was already deducted on 28/06/13 from my Capitec Savings account and again the same amount from my ABSA account on 30/06/2013 also early in the morning.
All I ask is for the debit order date to be changed to the 1st of each month!!!
