FAULTY ATMS!!!

Good day

I am extremely unhappy with the new programed ATM systems, I went to the AMT on Smith Street Durban this morning at 07:15 Autobank 3997. The Atm firstly has new options about some cardless option, I enter my card in the machine it gives me two options: Do you need more time Yes (Thumbs up) or No (Thumbs down) What is this question for when my card just got pushed in for 5 seconds??? so I choice yes and entered my pin code, then the screen 1st screen appears when you ready to insert your card.
My card does not return to me, I contacted the callcentre to stop my card ref nr: 1220614542.

This is unexceptable I am now left without a Bank card and I will only get my card in 5-7 days. Please investigate and escalate this matter of faulty Atms urgently and why are there unnessasary new options on the ATM screen.???

Unhappy customer I am contacting FNB to switch my accounts over this is my second ATM card swollowed.

Unexceptable.
