I must pay for their faulty ATM!

I withdrew money from the ATM and it did not give my card back. It said take your card but my card did not come out! So it swallows my card! I phoned the lost/ card division and they said my card has been cancelled. NOW I have to wait 4-5 working days for a new card! Best of all is that if I want I temporary card I must pay R75!! Why must I pay for their machines that's faulty! AND now I must sit with the inconvenience for their faulty atm!
