STANDARD BANK POOR AT COMMUNICATION!!!

I now sit with a credit card limit that has been increased WITHOUT my approval!!! And the lame excuse or reason for this I get is that Standard Bank just decided to link all garage cards to credit cards. What happens if I did not have a credit card??? Surely those customers still have a stand alone garage card??? And if this is the case why was I not given the option... or any option for that matter. Standard Bank could at least have had the decency to give me a courtesy call informing me of this change which would have allowed me the opportunity to choose from the available options since these are MY accounts after all!!! I can tell you now I would not have chosen to have them linked and would rather have just cancelled the whole "garage card" idea. Unfortunately to do this now is a MAJOR problem as doing so now will put me in a cash negative situation. Sis on you Standard Bank... doesn't seem like you are MOVING FORWARD... rather you are forcing your customers to move forward and leave to other banks that have better options!!! Perhaps it is time for me to do the switch as well!!!
