ATM, client for 19 years, Std Bank dont help

After trying to pushed the guy away a few times, my ATM card was taken from me without realizing it. He kept on pussing the buttons on the screen, and must have done something because when he step away and I put my pin in, my pin reflected on the screen. He drawn R1500 from my account in a few minutes while I still try to ge my card out of the machine, but then I realized he took my card. Standard Bank don't want to pay me out cause they say I called 3 minutes to late to stop my card therefor they are not refunding me my money. How rediculious is this. They know the use their screen to reflect our pins, so why are they still programming screens to make it so easy for the, why don't they have security guards at all Standard banks to protect us. I was inside the mall when this happend. This happened to another lady according to the Liquor store the week before. Why don't Standard Bank do something. I have been a very good client for 19 years, and this is the support that I get from them. They sure don't want my business anyrmore.
