Beware drawing money at Lonehill

Went to draw money this morning, FNB atm not working, so went to Standard bank atm. 2 people ahead of me in the queue being rowdy. paid no attention to them, but when I went to put my card in the machine, I was confronted by a strange looking screen. hesitated to read what was on the screen at which one of the 2 gentlemen that were ahead of me came and "showed" me how to put my card in. Within about a minute I realized he had my card. However the reception at Lonehill is so bad, it took me 3 attempts to contact FNB to cancel the card. During the 4 minutes delay, the person who took my card had completely emptied my account at the Nedbank atm outside, with 3 withdrawals. I walked through the shopping centre looking for a security guard, who after walking around with me to no avail, took me upstairs to the surveillance room. Not a single camera on any of the atms was working, at least 90% of the centres cameras were down. Besides being in a state of utter shock that this could happen to me as I am always very alert, I do need to question whether this is an inside job. Little too coincidental that all the cameras were not working
