Inappropriate deceipt

Upon placing my card intop quagga standard bank atms; it had taken my pin c ode and also not been able to do any transact as the screen froze on my beneficiaries.
As waited for half an hour and enquiries cannot replace my card as they machines arer faulty as one has photographic evidence of this faulty machines.

One has to get a card number 3 now. What is strange is that melusi khumalo at standard bank had told me due to atm retained my card and froze while transact as photograpic evidence shows on my phone.

The card was suppose to be free at no charge. As they claim they cannot return the card due to not having accessto machines. Yet in tellys in the branch they advise the safety and effectiveness and not the flaws that machine has.
