Dissapointment in services received.
BEWARE of money transfer screen on the ATM screens!
found way to your card and pin before you know it, due to this screen. When calling to stop the card you have to press 1 / 2 on question asked before somebody answered. Upon entering branch across the street, received sms money was withdrawn. Branch told us there time delay in stopping card. Now, the bank does not want to refund our money coz their records show the card was stopped after withdraw. We saw a lady caught with this same trick with the transfer screen. This is disappointing after being a client for many years.
