Money withdrawn in my bank account

On Saturday the 2nd of Feb i made a withdrawal of R600 at nedbank Birch Acres Mall, then on Monday when i went to the Atm at Zabs Centre, i withdrew 500, but when the reciept came out it showed me that i withdrew R600 at Nedbank which i did and another R600 at FNB which i did not withdraw, when i went to Nedbank Eastgate they refused dismally to help me, the lady who was at customer service counter said the person who specialises with such complaint has left already, when she actually could help me because such complaints are for customer service counter, i left dissappointed, my R600 down the drain.
I did not give up, on the 9th of Feb i went to Nedbank Ebony Park which is my branch, i related the incident to them and they told me a long story but the bottom line was i m not gona recieve that money back, its not their fault that my card has been cloned, all they could do for me was help me change my pin code, i did that and left unsatisfied.

On the 24th of Feb i withdrew a R1000 at tembisa plaza and left, the next time i use my card is at Truworths eastgate, i realise there is 500 mising, i call for my statement, my money has been again, please help.
