On the 28th October I tried to withdraw R200 from an ATM in Fontainebleau but instead I pressed R2000. which I cancelled and withdrew R200. On checking my Statement I saw that the R2000 was withdrawn the same time. I disputed the amount at Cresta branch but feedback came back that the money was withdrawn. I took the issue up with the banking ombudsman and they sent my case to Nedbank dispute resolution on the in October. to date I have not received any feedback from Nedbank... and on calling them spoke to Mpumi who had no clue about the matter. She decided to log another complaint and was given a ref #. This is really frustrating as its already 2 months now and I haven't received a solution from Nedbank.
