On sunday i took i was send to withdraw and went to nedbank atm, Ebony park branch, midrand. i first checked the balance and the money was there, and them tried to withdraw, while i was waiting for the money to come out i got the message that transection cud not be completed/procesed and got the card back, i tried the other atm and realised the balance was now less, as in i withdrew, i stood there for a while and few people had the same problem, i then went to another nedbank atm hoping that i find the money and there was nothing, i honestly dont believ that the atm was tempered with fro the outside bcos i got the message that transaction wa s not completed, today i gave the card owner transport money to go and check with sassa and the printed her a statement that the money was released to her account, now i have to pay the card owner and am not employed the fault is with the NEdbank Atm fault and the money cud have been recoverd from inside and they say they cant help me.. This is not fair at all, i need to know what happed to the money on their atm. I was with my fiance and he witnessed everyhing, the money did not come out i stood there for a while and it never came out.
