Me and my husband went to the Sunward Park FNB Branch this morning at 09:05 this morning, I opened a new account on the 16th of January, I went to collect my card and to see if my debit orders were switched as per many promises just to find that my salary does not even reflect. we sat there for over two and a half hours where at the end of the month only ONE person were working ''client services''. They could not even provide me with a proper statement AND switched my ID Document with another lady's!!! Where I had to DRIVE around for another two hours to find this person to get my ID back!!!
All that the manger repeats himself on is, and I quote : ''As I explained...'''nothing is explained or was ever explained, he does not know what the he's doing and has an exxxtrrreeeeeaaammmmlllllyyy SNOTTY attitude towards clients.
I SHOULD HAVE KEPT MY PREVIOUS ABSA ACCOUNT... FNB over advertises and under delivers... DO NOT LISTEN TO ALLL THE BS THEY ADRVETISE!!!
