Unauthorized deduction on my account

In August 2013 i took my kids from Witbank back home in PTA after visiting me for the weekend. I stoped at the Engen garage acros from the police station, the only ATM available was a Nedbank teller and i withdraw R600, but the transaction was not completed my card came out but now money. I then re inserted my card again entering my PIN code and typed in R600 yet again, after that the transaction was complete and my card came out. I then saw on my slip that R1200 was deducted from my account and I only recieved R600. I then went to the branch manager (Bertha) that assisted me with completing documents to see what happend. About a month after that the money was back in my account but in December a amount of R600 was again debited from my account. I went to the bank but since then it is ecuse after eccuse and i have been driving up and done, The feedback that i keep getting is that Nedbank is saying i am the only one that have a problem and after inbursing me with my money they now short of R600. We in Januarie 2014 and still no positive feedback, I have even proposed to take a polygraph test and get this sorted but only excuse is we will get back to you. Please help???
