A happened on my cousin's account last week. she have put my ATM card in a machine and withdrew R50, the card didn't come out. she tried to call Nedbank stop card line and could not go through for a very long time. the she received several notification on my mobile to show that money was withdrawn and swiped to a specific store. then visited a branch and they advised that all money was still available as per statement. on weekend i tried to check the balance and it was only R20 on account not R3000 as per their statement. she visited the branch again on Monday and they advised that they cannot give my money back as she failed to report the matter earlier. after getting a statement from them with money in my account and all of a sudden no funds i was so disappointed with Nedbank. please assist.
