'My Virgin Statements'

On 21 February 2013 I received a call from a Virgin Money Consultant advising me that my CC is overdrawn by interest charges and of the due date for payment. I always ensure that my CC is paid timeously! While I had the opportunity to, I mentioned to the Consultant that I hadn't received any statements since December therefore, can he ensure that my January and February statements be emailed to me. After confirming my email address, he advised that he'd forward my enquiry to the relevant department and assured me that the statements would be emailed. On 4 March & 5 March 2013 I sent an email to [Email Removed] requesting this & received an automated response saying that my enquiry has been forwarded to a consultant who would investigate & provide me with feedback. To date, I have still received NO statements! Please can somebody now attend to my enquiry and please forward me my CC statements and ensure that this gets done timeously every month. Their 'super-friendly' consultants are quick to phone me about payments due but guess they not so quick at sending emailed statements. I'm waiting... Rgds, Nikki
