Can't my statements

I have 2 cell phone contracts with Cell C. I have tried repeatedly over the last 6 months or so to have my statements emailed to me. My statements are still not emailed to me, I have given my email address on numerous interactions with Cell C.
Please can I have my statements emailed to me.
