What i admired most about this guy was the zest in which he was prepared to get my insurance claim finalised, even when i was out of contact. As a first time claimant i did not have a clue on how to handled the situation, but his attitude made it more easier to deal with the situation at hand. As if though this was not enough, he saw to it that he expedites claims on my laptop so that I could be able to do my work.
