I HAVE TRIED THRU E-MAILS AND PHONE QUERIES TO GET VIRGIN MONEY-ABSA TO DESIST FROM SENDING ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS TO ME BUT TO NO AVAIL. NO RESPONSE TO E-MAILS AND THE CALL CENTRE ESPECIALLY SADE AND GIFT ARE EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL WITH QUERIES AND ARE ABSA STAFF TRAINED TO COPE WITH VIRGIN MONEY/ABSA CARDS OR REFER THEM QUICKLY TO VIRGIN MONEY. IF THE BANK SENT STATEMENTS ELECTRONICALLY THAT WERE EASY TO OPEN THEN I WOULD RECEIVE THEM IN THIS MANNER - BUT SEND MINE BY POST . I COMPLAINED ON THE 4TH AND AGAIN ON THE 9TH jULY WHEN DO THE WANT ME TO COMPLAIN AGAIN. SEND STATEMENTS BY POST, MY ACCOUNT SEEMING SAYS BY POST YET I KEEP GETTING THEM ELECTRONICALLY. SEND STATEMENTS BY POST AND CORRECT ERROR ON YOUR BILLING SYSTEM THAT SENDS STATEMENTS BY E-MAIL. SIHLE STOP TRYING TO FIGHT WITH ME - I RECEIVED AN ACCOUNT ON THE 8TH JULY THAT IS AFTER MY LAST COMPLAINT OF THE 4TH JULY SO RATHER BE TACTFUL THAN BE APPEAR TO BE USELESS AND NOT LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER. SEND STATEMENTS BY POST, SEND STATEMENTS BY POST, SEND STATEMENTS BY POST - PLEASE ADVISE IF THIS IS NOT CLEAR.
