I have repeatedly called Called and requested that my statements get emailed to me as I do not receive any of them. I have to date only received one statement that was emailed to me AFTER I had called and left numerous messages. I received the statement dated 5 March 2013 that was eventually emailed to me. I have requested a monthly statment and recently emailed Jeoffrey Lentsoe again requesting my statements be emailed to me but without success. My debit order goes off every month but I get no statements as to where my account is standing. I would appreciate sum sort of communication from Rainbow Finance but to no avail.
