I find it EXTREMELY IRRIRITATING that I have to request my statements every month from Multichoice, on the 17th of December I Spoke to Dipuo who assured me that once I had provided my tax number definitely in January I will get my statements, now I'm told by Tshepo Meso that it takes up to 2 months to receive a tax invoice.

This is unacceptable and I need my statements from September 2013 - most recent to be emailed to me ASAP.
Multichoice has my email address, my postal address but fail to understand why I'm not receiving my statements. I DO NOT want to receive a SMS reminding me of how much is due.
All I want is a statement sent to me every month.
