I have two contracts with Cell C and have referred many people to switch to the network.
But every single month since April this year I have to phone in and ask for my statements to be emailed to me. The correct email address is on the system - and the statements dont go into my spam. I use to receive the statements electronically with o glitch, but ever since adding the second contract I dont receive them anymore. Every time I phone and ask that it be emailed, I also ask for the automatic email to be added to my account, which the operator assures me it is - but next, month, I still havent received my statements.
This month I called and the operator only sent me one of the two statements.
Please can it be amended on the system to spare me this monthly annoyance.
