I have contacted the call centre on several occasions on two different days requesting statements to be emailed to me. on 4 Feb I received statements but only until DEcember. i then called and requested that they mail me Jan statements. From one agent to the other I was shunt around and was not given correct information as one would ask for my details and cut the call upon callin back the other agents informed me that theyu were unable to mail my statements as per Nedbank's policy yet I received them yesterday via email and today its an issue!!! Is everyone not trained the same or how then does Nedbank operate to shunt their clients around? Just for statements to be emailed!!! DISGUSTED
