RCS not sending statements

I am not receiving my statements from RCS. For some reason my monthly installments fluctuate, and I never know how much to pay each month. I want to pay, I have indicated to them that my intention is to pay, however, all I need is a statement in order to make payment. I get phone calls from them 20h00 at night demanding payment, to which I reply please send me the statements. I have not received any statements via post and have requested 4 times for them to email my statements, to which they confirm my email address and "make a note" to do so. They are threatening to charge my account with the cost of calls and smses incurred by them. They are adiment that they have sent the statements via post and email, however, they fail to provide proof of this. They say it's my problem that I don't get the statements and threaten to send someone to take my stuff, when actually It Is theIr duty to provIde the statements. Their so called payment plans make no sense at all and if I query them, they shove their "terms and conditions" in my face. I get called and told my payment is outstanding, even before RCS's statement issue date?? Dont bother calling them, each consultant says a different thing
