I made claim 4 weeks back and I haven't received any concrete response or any pay out. They are running around in circles due to their incompetency and incomplete report from their loss adjuster (Mike) and I've personally provided them with all the necessary documents and information. I'm the one who constantly has to make or keep contact/communication with them, so I'm fed up now!!
