The manager, Kabelo, as well as the women who work at this branch do not know the basic principles when dealing with clients. I wanted to open a private account because my wife has some money to invest and explained the following. My business is a caravan park with only log- cabins and park- homes on the sites in which people live permanently. For all their banking accounts and cell- phone transactions etc, I supply them with a copy of the municipal account and a letter on the company's letterhead, stating that they do not get an account from the municipality in their own names. This normally, is sufficient proof of residence for all instances. Today I told them that I would supply them with the following: Municipal account; Letterhead of the business stating that my wife nor I receive an account in our names; A copy of the ck2 of the business; Both our ID documents. They refused to accept this. I think they are totally incompetent and rascist as I am sure that if it was not a white person they would have accepted these documents or even less
