BUDGET INSURANCE RUINED MY LIFE

On 24 July 2013 I submitted a claim for a housebreaking at my house. After sending a loss adjuster to my house, the person asked me a series of questions regarding the items. As a musician/entertainer I keep my equipment packed in my garage and lock it with a heavy padlock. To my surprise my claim was rejected because of several reasons like no sign of damage at point of entry and that I have not provided accurate information. I provided more than accurate info and gave the names and no's of the authorized people to back me up. The loss adjuster did not even add certain items to my claim as he promised via email. The claims resolution department has not responded to me as promised twice. It seems that nobody has a clue whats going on as I found out after several calls. Now I have a legal battle to fight with no income
My life is in ruins after what they did to me. No Equipment=No income=No Food No house. My family is in tears every day.
Be very careful when taking out insurance from any of the Telesure companies. They use the same people, methods and tactics to reject your claim. Budget, Auto & General, Dial Direct, First for Woman, Virseker, AA and Virgin Money insurance.
