Poor services Affinity underwite

I was involved in a car accident on the 2nd of January 2013 since I have the insurance he agreed to pay the access fee. The matter was reported to my insurance (Affinity underwriter) immediately after the incident in which the claim form as well as the other documents needed from me to make a claim were produced to them, they sent someone to take pictures which was done, since then I've never receive any response from my insurance. I've always been the one calling for feedback with Affinity underwriter but then I've been getting the same response that the manager Chamu Nemeire hasn't signed my document they still waiting for him to sign. I spoke to the manager by the name of Chamu Nemeire 3 weeks ago who said he already signed it. He promised me that I was going to get the respond within 48HRS which has past by more than 2 weeks. This morning I called in request to know what was going on seeing that I haven't received any response from Chamu, I spoke to Lyon who said the documents are still not signed yet. That is something I wasn't expecting however when I what to spoke to Chamu his never around she said she'll transfer me to the manager in duty but then she hang up on me
