Since October my claim has been with Affinity.By December after documents were sent through .multiple times I received a agreement of loss which was incorrect. This was 19 December. Finally on 6 January I received the correct agreement of loss. However last week the payment was halted due to documents being checked. I was assured this would not impact the original payout date. Yet this week I have been told that it will take another 7 to 14 days for verification even if the claim was checked before.
