Worst service

On the 10/10/13 I submitted my claim and I received response immediatly that my claim was received and my car was assessed within 48 hours. The problem started after that, I received no feedback from any1 untill I made a follow up on my claim when I was told to re-fax some documents, I did what was requested again I got no feedback untill I kept calling them back. I spoke to Chamu who said my claim was in the final stages where its been for the past 2 weeks now. Nobody ever gets back to me and I'm fed up with talking to a lot of different people who do nothing to assist me!!! Its been a month now and I'm seriously running of patience.
