Bad service still waiting

I put in a complain about finchoice the 25th of feb 2013 and the day after the complain some lady phone me asking me to email her 5 months of bank statements to prove the account is more then 3 months old i emailed her the statements and to the other email address of fin choice its now 6st of march 2013 and i still havent heard anything from them i sent them so many emails and nothing.. She also had a lot of excuses why it took so long and suddenly the call center agends doesnt know all of the info about the 24 hours and really that is just bad service first time i hear that the people that phone ppl doesnt have all the info then its time to sent them for training. Please dont phone me asking for all my info again or trying to about all this stuff.. I wasnt even phone to say sorry miss but its not going thru or if they had received the info.. Im still waiting.. All i can say is that your service and wouldnt never in my life recement them to anyone of my family or friends not even straingers..
