No Response on Claim Issues Raised

On the 26 June 2013, I lodged a claim after we experienced a House, the Loss Adjuster (Telesure)
came to my house did the assessment and notified me that she will be handling the claim gave me her contact details etc.
The way in which she contacted me the first week was good no hassles spot on.
I left it for a week as we constantly were in communication regarding receipts and proof of ownership for the items.
After about two weeks I only received a weekly update and then nothing, so I contacted Tania once again she was helpful and told me it will be finalised in a week on 22.07.2013 I was told the claim is finalised and will be paid in the week, upon receipt of the confirmation of final settlement, I received an email providing me a breakdown of my claim which I was not happy with and immediately raised a few concerns, I have since left messages and sent emails with no response today is a month since the Incident.
I would appreciate a response on my concerns raised as well as time line to confirm when this matter will be resolved.
The agent told me Sir, I told you we will beat any quote it was just too wonderful when I applied now all is heading downhill why???
