6 months later and payment still not cleared

This account was paid in september 2012 I have sent through proof of payment on numerous occasions I have spoken to a few of your call centre agents but they all say this proof of payment was never received! There's no way that you couldn't have received 1 of them if I sent it through so many times! Open your dam eyes and look for the emails I sent! Now there's lawyers on my case who are also just as incompitent because they send respose emails which say we'll get back to you in about 50 days!
