How can we help you

How can wehelp you? How about i get my bank statement?
Well I got the most horendous service from a Mr N Naidoo at Gateway shopping centre just after 13;30. I went into the branch to obtain a one page bank statement and waited in a que which read "GENERAL ENQUIRIES". About ten minutes to my waiting a gentleman with a nametag written N. Naidoo.( could not really make out what the whole name was as it was full and I was actually seeing flames by then) asks what I am there to do and I tell him he moves me to another line as "its quicker". He then talks to an indian lady sitting next to me and tells her he will print her statement and "you can follow me as it will just take two minutes" He does that for the lady goes on with his business. I see the line I we in from the inception is actually fast moving so I move back there. He comes back about 20 minutes since our first encounter he tells me I need to move back to that line as it would be unfair for the other customers. Now my question is It was fair when he was fastracking for someone of the same race as him? I was fair when he moved me to the slow line. I am definately seeing flames its more like how can FNB inconvinience you
