HARRASING THE CLIENT

I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH WONGA. I MADE A SHORT TERM LOAN WITH THEM END OF DECEMBER 2012. I WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY THEM BACK MID FEBRUARY BUT SETTLED THE ACCOUNT ON THE 24TH OF JANUARY 2013. I CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND SPOKE TO A CONSULTANT WHO GAVE ME MY REFERENCE NUMBER AS WELL AS THE SETTLING AMOUNT. UP TO DATE I HAVE SPOKEN TO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE ON MY EXPENSE AS IN FEBRUARY WONGA GAVE ME OVER TO LAWYERS WITHOUT EVER CONSULTING ME. I HAVE SPOKEN TO MORE THAN TEN PEOPLE ABOUT THIS AND NOT ONE HAS COME BACK TO ME. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE LAWYERS THEY HANDED ME OVER TO BUT NO ONE HAS EVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME. ALL THEY DO IS CALL ME AND HARASS ME ABOUT THE MONEY I OWE. I HAVE FAXED MY PROOF OF PAYMENT TO THEM NUMEROUS TIMES BUT NO HAS EVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME. THEY KEEP CALLING ME SAYING I OWE THEM MONEY. I MEAN REALLY I AM SO DISGUSTED AND PUT OFF AS THEY HANDED ME OVER AND NEVER EVEN CALLED ME BEFORE THEY DID.THEY KEEP HARASSING ME ASKING ME FOR MONEY. WHAT DID THEY DO WITH THE PROOF I FAXED THROUGH.I AM SO STRESSED OUT ABOUT THIS AS I PAID ON TIME AND I KNOW THEY WILL BLACK LIST ME BECAUSE OF THEIR STUPIDITY AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.I AM SO ANGRY
