I have had issues with my smart phone debit order and account charge going off on the 25th instead of the 1st. I get paid on the last day of the month so this causes big concerns for me. I have emailed the consultants who assisted me with my switch to FNB but I have had ZERO response. I dont understand how a company like this can have such bad customer service?? A few of my debit order were unsuccesfully switched and I wasnt even informed! Giving me a terrible credit rating because my debit order are bouncing. FNB NEED TO ADDRESS THIS!!!
