I am very unhappy with the service at Discovery, I am not even on that medical aid anymore, but I still get handed over to the lawyers for something I paid 6 months ago. I received an sms to tell my I still owe Discovery 599.39. But I paid my account in full, just to hear that I got handed over to the lawyers for that money after I paid it in January and send my proof on payment through to the lawyers office and discovery itself, with the emails they provided me with. I will not pay another cent to Discovery, and the best about all this is, I just get a call from the debt collectors to tell me I owe money, I didn't even get a letter or a email to tell me, listen you need to pay. Your admin at Discovery is so poor, I will not pay your lawyers fees because you can not do your job, when some sends you proof of payment, aren't you suppose to make a note on their account. Today was the third time since January that I had to send through my proof of payment. I pay my accounts when it due, so why wouldn't I pay my medical aid. After today my husband will also be leaving Discovery and finding himself another medical aid. This is a joke.
